9 Asemic Poems

The hand that writes is the hand that draws - and the hand that draws is the hand that writes. Asemic poems are created through this gestural overlap.  
Though these poems lack words, they are not mute.

  1. Really Beautiful! I like both the glyph shapes and the shape of the poems on the page. The more I look at this kind of work, the more I fall in love with it!

  2. There's a sense of certainty in these poems, as though they are written in a foreign language, one to which we lack the key. But at the same time we're at sea, lacking solidity, reality. I feel like a Beckett character, losing self and identity.
