taken turns

  1. So full of energy; the scrawled white lines on black seem at first to draw a maze, but then the odd shaped "rooms" became evident. I like the flip to a black ground, which creates a very different mood: heavy weight instead of emptiness. This is an interesting development from the previous "Conversation".

  5. This drawing looks very old and very new at the same time. It feels
like early woodcuts. It's sharp, clear, cool, but could be warm.
Also poses the question: "where shall we put the couch?" This room?
    No, maybe this one.
